Although my main focus may at times seems to be anti Christian. Do not misinterpret my intent. I am against all mystical/ magical beliefs. Part of my idiology stems from the God in the gaps concept. That being that what we do not understand has historically been explained by the workings of supernatural forces. As science progresses our understanding of the cosmos, there are fewer gaps to be filled with mysticism. My question is; why fill in the gaps with mysticism at all? Why not just say this thing has yet to be explained? Of all the Deities and beliefs that have existed in mankind’s time here on Earth, most people stubbornly adhere to one, whether that is Christianity, Judaism, Islam or any other religion. Why are some people adherents to one faith? What makes theirs right? If all the others are wrong then why is the one people practice any better? The answer is that it is not. They were simply born into that religion, or were converted though fear, loneliness, powerlessness, or any other condition of human frailty. My response to this? Just chuck all that crap out the window and live your life.
